“Beloved, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours.” – Mark 11:24
Whether you are already an important part of our spiritual family or not, we consider it a blessing to pray with you. Unity is a ministry founded on the power of prayer; it was through prayer that our co-founders, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, received significant and seemingly miraculous healing.
If you are experiencing circumstances in your life, or in the life of a loved one, that calls out for prayer, please fill out a prayer request any Sunday during our service, and we will add you to our prayer list.
We pray for your request for 30 days and then send the request to Silent Unity, our movement’s worldwide prayer ministry in Unity Village, Missouri, for an additional 30 days of powerful prayer.
Should you be in the hospital and want someone to call you and/or pray with you, please call the church at (727) 734-0635.

The Prayer for Protection
“The light of God surrounds me;
The love of God enfolds me;
The power of God protects me;
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is!”
The Prayer for Protection was written by the late James Dillet Freeman, poet laureate of the Unity movement and director of Silent Unity, Unity’s worldwide prayer ministry.
Prayer Tips
“This I Believe…”
Begin your prayer-affirmations with this statement. It will strengthen your faith.
“Thank you, Father…”
The power of praise can bring about seeming miracles. End all your prayer times with a word of Thanksgiving. Charles Fillmore, co-founder of the Unity Movement said: “Words are the most powerful agents of mind. Every time we speak we cause the atoms of our body to tremble and change their places. Not only do we cause the atoms of our own body to change their position, but we raise or lower the rate of vibration and otherwise affect the bodies of others with whom we come in contact.”
